Some may consider full face masks to be “a technical bit of kit” but with our Integrated Diving Masks it’s quite the opposite.  With unit specific training from a certified OceanReef instructor, using our IDM couldn’t be easier.

What concerns do most divers, young or old, have when they start scuba?  “What if my mask comes off?”  “What if my regulator comes out?”  With an OceanReef Integrated Diving Mask, both of these questions are answered easily: it won’t and it can’t.

Our fantastic IDMs won’t leak, won’t fog, can’t be dislodged and have an amazing field of vision.  With further training, a communication system can be added if desired, plus they look incredibly cool!

As we grow, changes to our face and skull shape and size will determine whether or not a half mask will fit long term.  The OceanReef IDM adjusts and grows with the diver.  With skirts in 2 sizes, in various colours, our IDM can take a young diver from their first dives through to adulthood.  It takes an OceanReef service technician just a couple of minutes to up size the patented double ‘S’ skirt and you’re ready to go diving again!

Between the ages of 6 and 12 milk teeth are replaced by adult teeth, in many cases this phase can be followed by 2 or more years of uncomfortable orthodontic braces.  Keeping an awkward, heavy regulator in a small mouth can be difficult, so many young divers resort to holding their regulator in by hand.  With an OceanReef IDM there’s no biting or holding required, plus you can smile as much as you like!
